Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you take insurance?
Dr. Hendricks is not in-network with any insurance plans. However, some insurance companies provide out-of-network benefits, which allow you to be reimbursed directly by the insurance company. If you wish, a detailed receipt called a superbill can be provided that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is advised that you contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to determine how much, if any, of the visit fee will be reimbursed. You are responsible for payment of your medical care regardless of the status of your claim.
